All PROSOFT Tierra series (administrator modules) are designed with user-friendly flexible reporting feature. They include unlimited user definable employee listing reports, and a list of comprehensive standard reports with unlimited storage of user definable queries, such as grouping, sorting and filtering of data which are built into each module.

If users are not satisfied with such standard yet flexible feature, advance users are still able to create their own listing reports with our query writer. Most of the listing reports are able to export to Excel for users’ further manipulation of data.

Each module is seamlessly integrated with other PROSOFT HRMS modules. They are also scalable to add-on to the corresponding PROSOFT web module for employee-self-service. All employee-self-service modules other than ePay, are in-built to be role based for flexible control of viewing and writing capability for supervisors, HODs, approvers and coordinators.
